Payment Procedure (Flywire)
1. After the Confirmation Email, you will get an invoice via Flywire.
2. View the Invoice, and check the application fee, tuition fee, field trip fee.
3. Make a payment either using bank transfer or credit card.
4. Wait for the Letter of Acceptance!
Refund Policy
All Refund Request must be made via email - summer@hufs.ac.kr
All refunds will be processed based on the date the request is made in Korean time.
It will take a few weeks for students to receive the refund.
All refunds will be subject to fees and overseas transfer charges being excluded from the refund amount.
The Registration Fee would not be refunded in any case.
All rewarded scholarships & discounted amounts are excluded from the refund.
Field Trip Fee
By May 30th : Full Refund
By June 5th : 50% Refund
After June 5th : No Refund
Tuition Fee
By May 30th : Full Refund
By June 20th : 50% Refund
After June 20th : No Refund
Dormitory Fee
Before Check-in : Full Refund
By July 13th : 50% Refund
After July 13th : No Refund
