Exchange Student Applications

(~June 5)

Students from our partner universities need a nomination from their home universities.

Each university has a different slot for HUFS ISS. If you do NOT get nominated, you can apply as International Student.

Check to see if you have a slot available for your home university - see the table on the right.
The default slot is '2' and if needed additional slots, will be confirmed after discussion with coordinators.
Get nominated by your home university coordinator.
After you are nominated, you will receive an email titled : [HUFS ISS System] Confirmation of HUFS ISS Application with your personal application ID and Password (yyyymmdd).
You need to log in with the ID / PW and fill out the Online Application Form. https://wis.hufs.ac.kr/src08/jsp/fexchange/index.html
Even if you are a current Exchange student in Spring, you need to get an additional nomination for summer!

2025 ISS Exchange Slots

You will need a Google Account to do this. If you do not have a Google account, you can send them to summer@hufs.ac.kr by email.

- TB test result (X-ray Only/Dormitory applicants only) - CAN BE DONE IN KOREA
